If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email and your order is shipped with Postnord, Bring, or Posti, contact our Customer Service Team to request a change. For orders shipped with DHL Express, wait until your order is dispatched from our warehouse, and then visit https://delivery.dhl.com/ to update your shipping details.
If you've already received a shipping confirmation email, for Postnord, Bring, or Posti shipments, please contact the shipping company directly to request a change. For DHL Express shipments, visit https://delivery.dhl.com/ to update your shipping details, but note that the system will only find your order once it has left our warehouse.
