If you did not receive an order confirmation after placing your order, there are two possible reasons:
- The confirmation email ended up in your spam or marketing folder:
We suggest checking your spam or marketing folder (in Gmail, the marketing folder is called "campaigns"). Sometimes, our emails may end up in these folders.
- Misspelled or incorrect email address
If you have already checked your spam and marketing folders and still cannot locate the confirmation email, please contact our Customer Support team by using the support button below, and we will be happy to assist you.
