If you want to request a repair for one of your Stellar products, please get in touch with us using the support button in the bottom right corner. Please include the following info in the message.
- 1-3 pictures of the damaged area
- Full address details (name, address, zip code, city, country, and phone number)
- Product model
- Your order number (if available)
We will assess the damage and get back to you with an offer for repair.
Damages caused by wear and tear or faulty product use will be repairable for a fee.
If the damage is caused by a production or material fault, we will pay the cost of shipping and repair.
