How do i make a warranty claim?

If there are defects in your purchased product, we abide by all EU statutory guarantee regulations.

Our products are made using top-quality materials produced in some of the best factories in the world. Our extended warranty means that we will repair or replace products with material or workmanship faults or issues for the practical lifetime of the product. Damage due to normal wear and tear (rips, tears, or UV degradations) or misuse, abuse, or improper care is not covered but may be repairable for a fee.

For faster handling - Please include one or two pictures of the damage, your order number, and the batch number of your product. (You will find the batch number on the wash and care label underneath the QR code).
